1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate is applied for all orders under R800. Rates depend on your area.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R800 qualify for free standard shipping (Main Centres Only!)

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, high-demand periods (e.g., sales events), or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information to monitor the delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier’s website. Should you experience any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or delays with the courier may occur. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and work diligently to resolve the issue.

7. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please stay tuned for updates on our services.

9. Damaged or Lost Items

We take care to package your items securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos and a description of the issue. For lost packages, please contact our customer support team within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
